A San Francisco showroom brought online with a deliberately quiet, editorial front end - appointment booking as the primary call to action, with education and collection content carrying the browse.

The brief
Yadav Jewelry is a San Francisco showroom whose business is built on consultation - the goal online was never a fast checkout, it was to get the right person to book the right appointment.
The brand's voice is quiet and editorial, so the site had to sell through imagery, education and restraint rather than banners and urgency, while still covering engagement rings, custom design, wedding bands and loose diamonds.

What we built
A deliberately calm, editorial front end with appointment booking as the primary call to action on every key page. Natural and lab-grown diamonds are filterable by shape across both categories, with education content sitting alongside the browse.
Trust markers - free shipping, 30-day returns, lifetime upgrade - and an ongoing blog carry the parts of the decision that happen before someone walks in, so the consultation starts with a customer who already knows what they want.
(Client Review)

Most jewellery sites shout. Ours needed to do the opposite and still send us qualified appointments. The people who book now arrive already knowing the difference between a lab-grown and a natural stone.
